In order not to move the water connections, it was decided to keep the rooms in the same position, the living room was reduced to give more space to both the bedroom and the bathroom, and the kitchen was opened to the living room in such a way that it can be redistributed by expanding countertop. The mezzanines are eliminated, except for the one at the entrance and a new one above the shower, made in a previous remodeling, to recover the full height of the windows. With the modifications what has been achived arespacious rooms and more luminosity in the whole apartment.

Reforma de un piso de 35m². Además de cambiar carpinterías y realizar ciertas reparaciones se ha ordenado el espacio de forma mas eficiente. Para no mover las conexiones de agua, se decide mantener las estancias en su misma posición, se reduce el salón para poder dar mas espacio tanto al dormitorio como al baño y se abre la cocina al salón de tal forma que se puede redistribuir ampliando el espacio de encimera. Se eliminan los altillos, excepto el de la entrada y uno nuevo sobre la ducha, realizados en una remodelación anterior, para recuperar la altura completa de las ventanas. Con las modificaciones se han conseguido estancias espaciosas y mayor luminosidad en todo el apartamento.
