Building with a hybrid program, in which housing, commerce, offices and a library are combined. A transition is sought between the area closest to the river and the inner zone of Coimbra Alta where the taller buildings are located.
New activities are provided in a deteriorated area as well as new open spaces, in this way the visual contact with the river is recovered. All this in a very limited space by roads and the tracks of a new tram.

Edificio con programa híbrido, en el que se junta viviendas, comercio, oficinas y una biblioteca. Se pretende una transición entre la zona mas cercana al río y la zona interna de Coimbra Alta en donde se encuentran edificios de más altura. 

Se aportan nuevas actividades en una zona algo deteriorada y nuevos espacios abiertos y se recupera el contacto visual con el río. Todo ello en un espacio muy limitado por carreteras y las vías de un nuevo tranvía.
